5:00 PM – 6:15 PMCanapés &amp; Welcome DrinksJoin us in the Orangery for a relaxed start to the evening with canapés and refreshments. 6:15 PM – 6:45 PMTransition to Reception VenueGuests are invited to make their way to the Wedding Reception venue. Golf buggies will be available for anyone who would prefer a lift. Bridal EntrancePlease be seated and ready to welcome the bride as she makes her entrance. Cake CuttingGather around as the couple cuts the wedding cake, a sweet start to the evening! SpeechA short toast and heartfelt words from the mother of the bride. DinnerEnjoy a three-course meal prepared specially for the occasion. Coffee, Tea &amp; Family PhotosCoffee and tea will be served. Tables will be called and kindly asked to gather on the stage for photos with the couple. 10:45 PMSparkler Send-OffJoin us for a magical farewell as the bride and groom make their exit under a canopy of sparklers.

When is the reception?The reception takes place on Saturday the 30th of August 2025 and begins promptly at 5:00pm. Where is the reception?Venue: Stoneleigh Abbey Stoneleigh Abbey, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LF what3words: ///zone.cared.evenly When should I arrive?We kindly ask that you arrive on time and no earlier than 5:00 PM, as the gates will not be open before then. Is there a hotel block for guests?There’s no reserved room block. Guests should book their own accommodation directly. We recommend Chesford Grange Hotel Kenilworth, CV8 2LD. Is there parking available at Stoneleigh Abbey?Yes, there’s free on-site parking for guests. How do I find the parking area?Follow signs for "Parking" inside the estate. Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?The reception is mainly indoors, with some outdoor areas for mingling and photos on the beautiful grounds. What should I wear?Dress is formal, think elegant and smart! Will food be served?Absolutely. A full three course meal will be provided, along with drinks, followed by coffee and tea to round off the evening. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?Unfortunately, there is no specific catering for individual dietary requirements or allergens. If you have a serious allergy, we recommend planning ahead. How do I RSVP?Please RSVP by July 15th using the form on this website. We kindly ask for your confirmation, as entry to the venue requires a confirmed RSVP. Can I bring a plus one?Your invitation lists everyone invited.
